Made of high-quality steels (carbonn steel, stainless steel, alloy steel, duplex steel), it is processed by advanced technologies like plate rolling, welding and heat treatment, with uniform wall thickness, high dimensional accuracy and excellent sealing performance, free of welding defects, ensuring safe and stable operation under harsh conditions.
1. Material Selection: Various high-quality steels (carbonn steel Q345R/20#, austenitic/ferritic stainless steel, duplex steel, low alloy steel) are available, complying with ASME, GB/T and other standards, customizable by medium and working conditions.
2. Processing Technology: Advanced processes (plate rolling, submerged arc welding, heat treatment) are adopted. Split rolling and assembly welding are available for large-diameter, thick-walled cylinders to ensure good performance.
3. Core Performance: It has strong pressure-bearing, corrosion and fatigue resistance, adapting to harsh environments, with uniform wall thickness and standard roundness to prevent medium leakage.
4. Customized Service: Full-process customization is supported, with diameter 400mm-26000mm, customizable wall thickness, supporting third-party inspection reports (LR, TUV, BV) and controllable delivery.
