Forgings are precision components formed by stamping and forging metal blanks with a press. Using various high-quality steels such as carbon steel, stainless steel, alloy steel and duplex steel as raw materials, they are processed by free forging, die forging and other processes, with ultra-high strength, excellent corrosion resistance and fatigue resistance. The products have uniform density, fine grains and no loose pores or defects. They can be customized from conventional pressure vessel accessories to core components of high-end supercritical foaming equipment, with high dimensional accuracy and stable mechanical properties, making them key basic components to ensure the safe operation and long-term durability of equipment.

1. Full-dimensional Material Coverage: We can provide a variety of forging series such as carbon steel (Q345R/20#), austenitic/ferritic stainless steel, duplex steel and low alloy steel, which fully comply with domestic and foreign authoritative standards such as ASME and GB/T, to meet the material performance requirements under different working conditions.
2. Precise and Controllable Process: Advanced processes such as free forging, die forging, hot pressing/cold spinning are adopted. The processing flow is optimized for thick-walled, large-size and high-precision components. The heating temperature of the blank, forging pressure and cooling rhythm are strictly controlled to ensure no inclusions and uniform structure inside the forgings.

3. Core Performance Advantages: After forging forming, the metal density is increased by more than 30%. The tensile strength, yield strength and impact toughness are far superior to ordinary castings. It has outstanding high pressure resistance, wear resistance and high temperature oxidation resistance, and is suitable for the core force-bearing scenarios of high-end pressure vessel equipment.

4. Customized Delivery: We support full-process customization from blank material selection, process design to finished product inspection. Two schemes of integral forming or split assembly and welding can be provided. The diameter covers the full range of 400mm-26000mm, with supporting international third-party inspection reports such as LR, TUV and BV, and the delivery cycle is controllable.
